Cancellation Policy
At Essential Kneads, your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I look forward to our time together. If you need to make a change, I require a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
If you arrive 15min late without notice, you will be asked to reschedule as well as charged a no-show fee. Please note that unpaid fees will block online booking privileges, and future scheduling will not be allowed until fees are paid in full.
Gift cards & Packages do not exempt clients from our cancellation policy.
